Jennifer has been a consultant for 25 years and leads our Personal Goal Setting Department. By profession she holds two important licenses as a realtor, life & health agent. The experience she developed in these two areas allows her to  determine, develop and deliver innovative strategies and tools to target new and current clients. She focuses to  expand and identify current and new business projects by strengthening client relationships. From the corporate side, she is responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the Company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals.

Dennis has been at the helm of our management team since we started. He specializes in forecasting, planning, and structuring. He sees the big picture in every situation. His expertise includes his creativity in solving difficult situations. When it comes to numbers, he and his team will ensure you make the most out of every financial decision. He is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives, typically from new clients or accounts. His expertise includes identifying marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process.

Taylor believes a successful individual and business has great people at the heart of it. It's why she is the best when it comes to organizing a benefit plan and ensuring that goals are met and services are delivered. Her strength includes developing and maintaining policies and procedures for all staff functions. 

Karen is involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote a service, product, or event. Her passion in what she does allows her to develop relationships that cater to people’s specific needs. She has a life insurance license to inform people on how to develop strategies to attain their goals in life.
